Kerry Lett, MPH, RDN, LDN, CLC

Hi! I’m Kerry, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Lactation Counselor passionate about supporting growing families as they navigate life’s many milestones. From preconception and pregnancy to breastfeeding and childhood, I specialize in helping families manage medical conditions, tackle picky eating, and build a positive, lasting relationship with food. In today’s world of overwhelming nutrition information, I understand how challenging it can be to figure out what’s truly best for you and your family. That’s why I’m here—to be your trusted resource for practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to your unique needs.

I believe there’s no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach to nutrition. Every family is different, and at the end of the day, we’re all doing our best to care for the ones we love. My goal is to make feeding your family less stressful and more enjoyable by creating personalized plans that work for your family’s goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Whether it’s overcoming picky eating, navigating dietary restrictions, or simply finding balance, I’m here to empower you with the tools and support you need to thrive.

Outside of support families, I love spending time in nature, hiking trails or gardening, or diving into a great book. You’ll often find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or enjoying quality time with my husband and our dog.
