It is our mission to empower families with evidenced-based knowledge and individualized support in order to make nourishing you and your little ones easier through every milestone. Our team consists of a Pediatric & Maternal Registered Dietitian and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant that care about both mother and child. Together, we can create a personalized nutrition plan to help you overcome any obstacles and have confidence feeding your family.

All appointments are held in-person or virtually for North Carolina, Arizona, California, Colorado, Michigan, & Virginia residents only.
We are currently in-network with Aetna, Anthem, BCBS (not including Blue Home or Blue Local), Cigna, MedCost, NC Medicaid (including all NC Medicaid Managed Care & Tailored Plans), Tricare, UMR, & United Healthcare and able to accept HSA & FSA cards. If we are not in-network with your health insurance provider, a superbill can be provided to you, if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
Discovery Call
Free
The discovery call appointment is a free, 15 minute phone call that allows us to get to know a little bit about each other. If you are not quite ready to sign up for an appointment today, this appointment gives you the chance to ask any questions you may have and figure out if I am the right fit for you and your family.
Initial Appointment
$160
The initial appointment is a 1 hour, virtual appointment that focuses on getting to know your family, conducting an initial medical nutrition therapy assessment, and creating an initial plan & goals to meet your nutrition needs.
Follow-Up Appointment
$70
The follow-up appointment is a 30-minute, virtual appointment that builds on the foundation set in the initial appointment. During the follow-up appointment, we will review goals set during previous appointments and make any adjustments, as necessary.
