Breastfeeding may be natural, but it doesn’t always come easy.
In-person, In-home, & Virtual Consultations
Feeding your baby is one of the most challenging parts of being a new mom, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
60%* of Women Stop Breastfeeding Before They Planned
Even though breastfeeding is natural and beneficial for both mom and baby, that does not mean that it is easy. We are here to empower you during your breastfeeding journey, while minimizing any breastfeeding difficulties and maintaining positive mental health boundaries. Our goal is to help you feed your family in the way that feels best for you and your family whether that is exclusive breastfeeding, offering a combination of breast milk and formula, or finding the right formula for your baby.

Our Services
All lactation appointments are held in-person or virtually through telehealth for North Carolina residents only. Home visits are available for those within a 15-mile radius of RDU airport.
We partner with The Lactation Network to help families with Anthem, BCBS, Multiplan (check your Aetna or UHC card for the Multiplan logo), Provider Network of America (PNOA), & United Healthcare get insurance coverage for lactation consultations. Additionally, we are also in-network with Aetna and are able to accept HSA & FSA cards. Most insurances cover 6+ visits with no out-of-pocket cost. If we are not in-network with your health insurance, a superbill can be provided to you, if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
