Maternal & Infant Workshop Series

Learn from experts across a variety of fields and disciplines as they discuss how to navigate the first year of your infant's life and how to care for yourself in the process. All of the workshops in the 4-part series will be held live online with the recording available after the workshop ends.

A Four-Part Series

  • Labor & The First Days Workshop

    Friday August 4th 9:30-11AM EST

    During this 1.5 hour online & recorded workshop, experts will discuss labor & delivery expectations, how to address common labor & delivery concerns and improve labor outcomes, and how to initiate breastfeeding.

  • Postpartum Wellness & Recovery Workshop

    Tuesday August 8th 4:30-6PM EST

    During this 1.5 hour online & recorded workshop, experts will discuss postpartum expectations, how to navigate the fourth trimester, and how to improve postpartum mental & physical outcomes and healing.

  • Newborn Care Workshop

    Friday August 18th 9-10:30AM EST

    During this 1.5 hour online & recorded workshop, experts will discuss newborn expectations, how to care for your newborn, and how to address common breastfeeding & sleep difficulties.

  • Infant Feeding Workshop

    Tuesday August 22nd 4:30-6PM EST

    During this 1.5 hour online & recorded workshop, experts will discuss how to alter breastfeeding sessions when starting solids, when and how to start solids with your infant, and the most important foods to offer your little one.

  • The Maternal & Infant Workshop Series would be a great option for first time parents who are currently expecting or already caring for an infant and want to set themselves up for success throughout the whole first year of their infant’s life. It also would be helpful for experienced parents who have had a couple of years between their last baby and want a refresher and/or want additional suggestions on how to improve their labor/postpartum experience and overcome challenges with caring for their infant.

  • All of the workshops will be held online via Zoom for those that register for that workshop. All registered participants will also get access to the recording and resources after the workshop ends.

  • Everyone who registers for a workshop(s) will get access to that workshop’s recording and resources after the workshop ends.

  • The workshop recordings will be available for 3 months after the workshop concludes.

  • No. We have designed this as a 4-part series to make it more affordable for parents who are only interested in a few workshops. Therefore, families will only get access to the workshops that they specifically register for & purchase. However, if you are interested in all of the workshops, you can purchase access to all four workshops for the price of three!
