Eating Out with Food Allergies

As a parent of a child with food allergies, you already know that managing your child’s food allergies are essential to keeping them safe. Unfortunately, many parents make the mistake of only avoiding their child’s direct food allergens or managing their child’s food allergy like a food intolerance. However, not considering all of the ingredients that contain your child’s food allergen or all of the places where your child can be exposed to food allergens can increase your child’s risk of a potentially life-threatening allergic reaction.

Sign up for the Eating Out with Food Allergies class to learn how to manage your child’s food allergies when eating out. This 30-minute class will cover:
- How to avoid cross-contact when eating out
- How to safely eat out with food allergies
- Apps to make dining out with food allergies easier

This class is for you if you are:
- The parent or caregiver of a child with food allergies
- An individual with food allergies

Registration has closed for this class. Sign up for the bimonthly newsletter for alerts about new class offerings.
