Toddler Nutrition 101

As a parent, you already know the importance of eating a variety of healthy food. Unfortunately, feeding toddlers can be challenging as they start to become more independent and become less likely to desire the healthy foods you know are good for them. However, catering to their likes and dislikes or making special meals for your toddler can cost you extra time, money, and stress and make them more likely to develop picky eating behaviors and increase their risk for weight concerns and other health problems later in life.

Join Toddler Nutrition 101 to learn how to properly nourish your toddler to support their growth and development. This 30-minute class will cover:
- Balanced nutrition during toddlerhood
- Foods to avoid feeding your toddler
- How to prevent picky eating
- How to keep your toddler at the table for longer
- The recommendations around physical activity and screen time

This class is for you if you are:
- The parent or caregiver of a child that is 1-3 years old
